Composition of the entrance group of the university

In the annotation the problems of designing entrance groups, in particular entrance groups of Universities. The entrance group of the building is a set of basic structures that create a single ensemble for spectacular design of both the opening and the facade of the building. Properly designed design clearly and colorfully indicates the function and purpose of the building, sets the overall tone and mood, as well as meets modern requirements of safety and convenience of visitors. Special attention is paid to the analysis of changes in methods and means of designing entrance groups of Universities during the time from the XV century to the present day in Western Europe, Russia and Asia, as well as their compliance with modern standards of ergonomics. For this purpose, the article describes the relevance of the problem and provides a detailed compositional analysis of the input groups of real Universities. The article is based on the personal observations of the authors, the knowledge gained on the profile subject, on articles and professional literature.
