Compromise culture of mediation

In this article, presented as a compromise, the culture of mediation in the context of the global dimension of the socio-political nature, and the possibility of its implementation in the modern Russian society. Compromise the culture of mediation is presented as an informal Institute of generation of the high culture of operation and user socio-political system.
