Concentration of blood groups alleles of Holstein bull-sires of the Joint Stock Company Subsidiary Farm "Orlovsky kolos"

The paper presents the results of an analysis of the immunogenetic diversity of Holstein bulls of local origin in the Oryol region. It was found that factor A1 had the highest concentration in the EAA locus, G2, Y2, Q' in the EAB locus, and W, X2, C'' in the EAC locus. Traditionally, for Holsteins, factors H' and F had a high concentration. It is recommended to take this fact into account when conducting selection and breeding work with the studied massif.
