Concept of autonomous control over earth remote sensing spacecraft survivability at off4nominal operation

Бесплатный доступ

Issue of autonomous control over Earth remote sensing spacecraft is on the agenda not only for nominal operation, but also for off-nominal conditions. It is so especially at low orbits during detailed sensing, when it is necessary to carry out highly dynamical angular spatial motions in order to refocus from one object (target) under observe onto the other within the limited observation interval. In general, solution of this problem is related to intellectualization of remote sensing spacecraft control procedures. At off-nominal operation as an effective tool of spacecraft control in order to ensure survivability of it there proposed an automatic system of control over operating conditions of onboard equipment, which is called a survivability control system. There considered a concept of spacecraft control survivability, general structure and some flight tested variants of survivability control system designs.
