Conception of the population policy of the Russian Federation till 2015

The present-day aspects of the population policy of the Russian Federation have been examined, the reasons of increased depopulation established: low fertility (birth rate), high mortality, migration, lack of social setting. It is ascertained, that the main tasks of the population policy of the RFare: improvement of the population health and life interval, including state of health of children and teenagers, forming of the healthy life-style, increasing of social living standard. The conception of the population policy of the Russian Federation has been analyzed and the priority directions of its realization worked out.
