The author examines the legal problems caused by the lack of the concept of a bona fide purchaser - a legal entity. Emphasizes the excessive breadth of grounds for contesting bidding in bankruptcy. It substantiates the expediency of introducing a model in which, in case of compliance with the bidding procedure and the absence of significant violations, the winner is immune from the return of property.
