Pierre Bourdieu's conception of legal field and dispositions in the context of social constructivism

The article examines the epistemological resources of social constructivism. The authors analyse the challenges brought by constructivism when applied to some particular studies. The research deals with the attempt to overcome the excessive subjectivity by the principle of double construction of social reality proposed by Pierre Bourdieu. In the context of the concepts of field, dispositions and homologation the authors study functioning of the legal field and the intrinsic logic of the law development in the modern society.
