Concept of the economic regulatory mechanism through the system of state purchases

The article discusses the current trends in the development of public procurement as a function of regulation in the hierarchical system of managing the country's economy. The conceptual direction in public procurement management is the contract system, which determines the regulation of the emerging relations between customers and suppliers, minimizing the expenditures of budget funds and increasing the efficiency of government orders. The dynamics of the number of participants in public procurement, as well as the size of the resulting savings as a result of improving the management of the public procurement system, are investigated.
