The paper outlines the concept of a company's stakeholder management methodology based on the mechanism of coordination of their economic interests as a foundation for planning, particularly strategic planning. The algorithm of stakeholder management is a sequence of the following processes: describing stakeholder groups in the internal and external market environments; identifying stakeholders; identifying and understanding multiple and diverse stakeholder interests; stakeholder analysis; stakeholder management and evaluation of its effectiveness. Stakeholder management is accompanied by communication processes, consulting, informing, and explaining strategic decisions to all stakeholders and their relevance to each stakeholder.
