The concept of "soft power" in political culture of China

The article deals with the concept of soft power in China's political culture. It describes the development of soft power idea from Ancient times to modernity. We analyze the relations between spiritual, social and political spheres and the role of soft power in development of the Chinese empire. The concept of soft power is of great importance in the modern political strategies of the world's leading powers. The basic principles of this concept were laid in China in ancient times and date back to the beginning of its philosophical tradition.
