The conception of new Russian ecocentric public consciousness

The article deals with the subjectness of Russian civilization. It is concluded that there is no subject on the world scene that would reflect the basic features of the Russian civilization. The author suggests an approach allowing to create such a subject on the basis of formation of new public consciousness in Russia. The basic principles of such consciousness and the necessity of ecocentrism prevalence in its content are discussed.
