Concept of building innovation infrastructure for regions with low innovative capacity

The authors reveal and analyze the main problems of innovation infrastructure in the regions with low innovative capacity. In order to enhance the development of innovative infrastructure of such regions, the concept of creating a virtual object of innovation infrastructure “Interactive technological Internet platform ‘Innovation’” was proposed. The basic provisions are implemented within this platform: involving youth to innovative entrepreneurship, collection and formation of ideas necessary for running business, the tools of the market estimate and searching niche, formation and supplement of the team of associates, building and testing business models, searching of investment for the project, building a prototype device or service, forming-up the marketing campaign and the creation of social capital, the valuation and registration of intellectual property, legal services for small innovative enterprise, the possibility to sell intellectual property, the tools for working with the media and crowdfunding platforms.
