The concept of countering the disclosure and investigation of crimes and measures to neutralize it

Introduction: the article discusses the concept of the doctrine of counteracting the disclosure and investigation of crimes and measures to neutralize it. Materials and Methods: a methodological approach has been developed based on various scientific methods: methods of dialectics and formal logic, information, management, legal regulation, system and situational analysis, as well as sociological methods. Literature review: in the course of the study, the author relied on the main studies conducted in recent years and presented in the works of V.N. Karagodina, E.U. Babaeva, L.Ya. Drapkina, V.P. Lavrova, I.V. Tishutina and others. Results: the conceptual foundations of the doctrine of counteracting the disclosure and investigation of crimes and its neutralization are considered. Discussion and Conclusions: a new legal and scientific approach to the term "crime detection" can become an essential step in the formation of the conceptual foundations of criminalistic teaching on countering the disclosure and investigation of crimes and measures to neutralize it.
