The concept of development of a tourist destination and ways of increasing its competitiveness (on the example of the Perm region)

The concept was developed to improve the management of competitiveness of a tourist destination, having in the basis of: 1) the model of management by competitiveness of tourism destinations and the elements of the management system; 2) conceptual approaches of building management system competitiveness of tourism destinations, reflecting the nature of the inclusion of subjects at different levels in the formation of competitive advantages and the degree of independence and self-sufficiency destination. Implementation of the proposed concept will allow to provide increase of competitiveness (quality) of the tourist product destinations, economic growth in destination and the quality of life of the population, as well as to justify the choice of ways and methods for improvement of efficiency of management of competitiveness of tourist destinations with the modern development goals of the tourism sector
