The article discusses the main directions of implementing the concept of mutual insurance development in the region, including training and staffing, building business processes, promoting mutual insurance services and organizing their financial support. Based on the analysis of international experience, the main measures and options for their implementation are proposed for each direction. In addition, an organizational plan for the implementation of the concept has been formulated.
