Concept of rehabilitation of patients after lower limb joints arthroplasty in Samara region (project)

The article presents a draft regional concept for the rehabilitation of patients after arthroplasty of the lower limb joints in the Samara region. A fundamentally new organizational approach has been developed and proposed, based on the application of the enhanced rehabilitation program in the conditions of the newly created medical rehabilitation department at the site of the Mozhaisky sanatorium. The main stages of preparation include resolving staffing issues, maintaining the material and technical base, developing logistics and routing. The expected effects and the impact of the rehabilitation system on health care in general were assessed.
