The program involves year-round minitubers production use different biotechnological installations under controlled environmental conditions without soil using. The annual production capacity 250,000 minitubers. The following reproductions of seed potato are grown outdoors with strict observance of phytosanitary regulations. The program will contribute to the creation of conditions for development of best Russian potato varieties seed growing in Samara region
