Concept of creation of aircraft construction holding as a result reorganization of SSC “Antonov”

The article considers concept of reorganization of state aviation concern «Antonov» with creation of single legal entity with total responsibility for design, development, certification, production and after-sales service of aircraft through creation of market-efficient vertically integrated shareholder structure - aviation holding that will ensure preservation and further development of aircraft manufacturing of the brand «Antonov», competitiveness of aviation equipment and services, growth of share of Ukrainian aircraft companies in the world market.
