Concept of an automated decision support center for risk analysis of technogenic emergencies

The main ideas the automated decision support center on technogenic emergency situations of Ural region are described. The function center for the tasks of analysis and risk management is presented. The territorial risk represented as a function of the hazard, vulnerability and protectability of the area. The requirements for the composition and structure of information resources for disaster risk assessments, the order of creation and update are described.
