The concept of "judicial perspective on the criminal case" and forensic situalogy

The development of the scientific school of forensic situalogy allowed to successfully implement a number of theoretical, and most importantly - applied research papers in science, one of which is the concept of "judicial perspective on the criminal case." The concept and classification of "judicial perspectives" is formulated. Drawing on the example of criminal investigations, author demonstrated importance of the law enforcer to set and decide on a matter of judicial perspective in a variety of forensic situations in general and on each episode charges (corpus delicti) discretely.
