Concept of "the electronic person" in classification of subject list of persons in civil law

The law of complication of public life leads to the fact that the space of the public relations regulated by the right becomes more extensive, there is a system of concepts with which also other branches of knowledge, but which in law gain especially autonomous, legal sense operate. Persona is a person, let and not everyone, the slave is a person, but not persona, not the person. Robotics and artificial intelligence became one of the most known and actively discussed technological tendencies of our century. Already today are developed, function and units of artificial intelligence are actively applied. One of the solutions of a question of legal personality of units of artificial intelligence proposed today in scientific literature is introduction of specific legal personality of «the electronic person».
