Conceptualization of the concept “digital university”

In recent years, the process of digitalization of society has been actively taking place, which leads to changes in the economy, education and other areas. The importance of knowledge and skills with relevant experience is growing, which is causing profound changes in educational policy around the world. These changes are accompanied by the development of practical skills and abilities, special attention is now being paid to the development of higher education in the context of the digital transformation of society. Changes in universities, their interactions and functions, as well as in values and principles, require analysis and research. Research shows that only some universities and groups of teachers are introducing practices of personalized and effective organization of the educational process using digital technologies.
