Conceptualization of ideas about civilian control of information sphere in the social philosophy

The article deals with system, socio-communicative and structural approaches to the study of civilian control in the information society. The study of these approaches allows the author to reveal the principal trend of the information society development, to examine the ways of civilian community and civilian control establishment in the conditions of the information society development, to specify the prospects of the civilian control implementation in the modern society.
