Conceptualization of the relationship between the actors of political and economic spheres

This article offers the author's approach to the conceptualization of the relationship of political and economic actors from the standpoint of the concepts of balance and communication. The process of establishing the resource exchange balance between actors of the two spheres is considered as a function of the prevailing power relations between the two communication codes.
