Conceptual basis and regulatory framework for interregional and cross-border cooperation

The article presents data on the experience of developing conceptual and regulatory documents regulating cross-border cooperation by the libraries of the countries participating in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). It describes model agreements and conceptual documents. Information is presented on the preliminary results of a survey conducted by the Russian State Library (RSL) among libraries in the border regions of Russia.
