The conceptual model of geoinformation management of natural-technical systems and territories

The article deals with the specifics of geoinformation management of socio-economic systems, including spatially distributed natural and technical systemsand territories. To solve the problem of their managment, a generalized conceptualmodel of the system was developed, including: basic concepts, categories of naturaland technical systems and territories as objects of management, their characteristicsnecessary for the adoption of management decisions. The paper considers the systemof spaces of management decisions for realization of target installations of controlsystems of various level including coordinate, factor, event and object subspaces, andalso their characteristics. The mathematical model of the administrative decisionfor geoinformation management of social and economic systems is offered.
