Conceptual model of global development of digital transformation of the economy at the oil and gas complex level

The article analyzes the role of new digital transformations at the global and national levels. The key challenges of digitalization of national economies in the formation of global competition were identified. Three main directions of the process of digitalization of national economies have been identified: increasing international competition of countries and economic unions; implementation of user-oriented system in economic, political and social structures, as well as climate change and transformation of the business environment. A conceptual model of global development of digital transformation of the economy at the level of the oil and gas complex, which consists of a scheme of interrelated components of globalization and digitalization of national economies, the definition of state objectives and creating favorable conditions for social and economic effects at the regional, national and global level, the selected priority development with sustainable competitiveness and development directions, as well as the impact of global digitalization on national goals of development is presented. The factors of digitalization of the oil and gas industry in the context of global digital trends are highlighted. The internal and constraining factors of the oil and gas industry were identified. Timely identification of problems and factors contributing to the weakening of digitalization processes will ensure the competitiveness of the industry and the country as a whole. The author provides definitions of digital transformation and characterizes the digital transformation at the enterprise level, taking into account the modern approach of economic and social processes, as well as changes in business processes and management institutions.
