Conceptual model of socio-economic space organization via cluster-network entities approach

Purpose - to develop the concept of the organization of social and economic space of the territories of the Russian Federation, ensuring the development of regions and improving the quality of life of the population. The paper defines the terms "economic model", "organization of socio-economic space of territories", "cluster-network model". Recommendations for improvement of cluster policy in the Russian Federation are developed. The authors of article proposed the concept of the model of organization of socio-economic space of the territory through cluster-network entities. The cluster-network model of socio-economic space organization proposed by the authors, in contrast to the widely used cluster model, is designed to increase the competitiveness of the economy on a larger scale due to the multiplicative effect of clustering and networking processes.
