The purpose of the article is to mathematical programming and simulation modeling, automation of technological preparation of preparatory-stamping production on the example of the auxiliary division. The article presents both mathematical models and simulation models on the example of GPSS World. The principles of the development of effective automation systems for technological preparation of blank production and stamping production based on the theory of mass service based on the analysis and study of phenomena that need to determine such characteristics of the system that provide a specified amount of operation, for example, minimum waiting time, minimum average queue etc.
