The conceptual vision of the "transition period" in the context of West European and domestic philosophical conception

The article considers the theoretical understanding of the phenomenon of «transition period» that is understood as a special kind of philosophical concept. The conceptual approaches to the «transitional period» in the Russian and West European philosophical tradition are analyzed in this context. It is shown that national and cultural tradition, specific features of mentality, that mostly determine the vision of the phenomenon and its assessment, have an impact on a conceptual vision of the «transitional period» of West European and domestic thinkers.
