Conceptual aspects of the life quality index from the positions of evidence-based medicine

At the base of systems multifactorial analysis, carried out by us, lies the calculation of integral indexes on the simple parameters received in the course of research. Receiving model of studied process allows to define its dynamics and character, to prove carrying out medical actions, to find out weightiness of separate factors in ensuring studied process. According to principles of evidence-based medicine clinically important results and outcomes of the complex reduction actions, carried out by us, one of which is the life quality index were the main criteria of assessment the effectiveness of treatment, capable exclusively informatively to define a condition of patients with chronic diseases. Our supervision included 1713 patients. The modern technical possibilities allowed to leave on qualitatively new level of an assessment in a course of vertebral-orthopedic pathology. Immediate participation of the patient in filling of the automated specialized questionnaire developed by us «Quality of life of the patient with vertebral orthopedic pathology» allowed to receive necessary information which on a number of parameters differed from the clinical conclusions made by the doctor.
