The article explores the basic patterns of service industries intangible assets’ management in today’s competitive environment. External and internal factors that determine the trends in the complex process of intangible assets’ management’ organizational change are identified. Principles of organization and effective functioning of intangible assets’ management are systematized and supplemented. The use of that principles creates an objective fundamental basis for the formation and development of organizational-economic mechanism of service industries intangible assets’ management.
