Conceptual approaches of foreign scientists to social policy interpretation

The article presents a complexity of conceptual approaches to interpretation of policy in general and social policy in particular by foreign political, sociological, and economic scientists. Social policy typology is worked out. The author observes a connection between social and political processes. The spheres of social policy realization are pointed out; foreign scientists views on the social policy in modern Russia are put forward.
