Conceptual proposals for the further development of the institute for management of common property in a multi-quarter house by partners of such property

The article outlines conceptual proposals on the development of the institute of management of the owners of premises in an apartment building belonging to their common property prepared by the Institute for Urban Economics, including proposals for simplifying the decision-making of the general meeting, improving the institution of representation of the community of co-owners of common property. The authors propose measures to protect the economic interests of coowners of common property.
