The given article is dedicated to the research of the reasons of the undue enforcement of general jurisdiction court rulings in the RF by the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation. It provides with the analysis of a number of conceptual loopholes in the enforcement proceedings legislation, offers propositions for overcoming the obstacles connected with the issue.
