The concessions and problems of employment in the USSR in 1920s

Employment of the population and its standard of living remain key problems of any modern society. The study examines the historical experience of the interaction of the Soviet authorities and trade unions with foreign concessionaires in addressing issues of employment of the domestic population in the 1920s.
