Concessions as promising forms of forest use in Russian Federation

Public-private partnerships are widely used all over the world for developing infrastructure. Concessions are considered to be the most progressive form of public-private partnerships. Medical and educational institutions, ports, airports, roads are built, reconstructed and modernized through concession agreements. In the article the authors substantiate the perspective of implementing concessions in the forest sector in Russia, where the most forest lands are state owned.
