The intense-deformed state of the plate leaning against system of columns at the set settlements of col-umns is examined. The numerical model of construction within the limits of the theory of plates bending is developed, allowing to determine the dangerous zones, and volumetric model of dangerous area of plate, allowing to define the level of material damage, orientation and character of cracks (open or closed). The technique of carrying over the boundary conditions from settlement model of a plate on vo-lumetric model is stated. Magnitudes of settlements, leading to occurrence the first cracks and to final fracture of examined layer of construction are defined.
