Configuration and network approach to building the professional community of libraries

The article is devoted to the ways of building a network professional community, which allows expanding the resource and innovative capabilities of libraries. The interest of foreign and Russian scientists to the network interaction of professionals is due to the need for empirically visible relationships built with the help of connections between network nodes. The very study of the phenomenology of the network (meanings, the nature of relationships) is also relevant, so the object of the analysis are transactions - processes in which actions and social structures are performed.
