Conflictology in social work: methods of studying conflicts

The article is devoted to a theoretical review of the problem of methods of studying conflicts, which can be used in the field of social work. The article deals with experimental methods of studying conflicts, both in laboratory conditions and in natural ones. Examples of survey methods are also disclosed and provided.
