Conflict resistance of psychology students as a determinant of socio-psychological climate in the group

The article reveals the essence of the conflict as a factor determining the socio-psychological climate in the group. In the course of the pilot study, it was found that low and medium indicators of conflict-resistant behavior are characteristic for psychology students. The proposed psychocorrectional program contributed to a change in the respondents' way of responding to conflict, which in turn improved the socio-psychological climate in the group.
