Competition, antimonopoly regulation of the economy in Uzbekistan: new challenges and realities

Resume: The article highlights some theoretical and practical aspects of the problems associated with the development and creation of competitive relations in the economy in transition by improving the economic and legal mechanisms for regulating monopolistic activities, competition and consumer rights by the state.
