The article reveals the process of formation and development of new technological structures as a global challenge, characterized by special features, such as the supranational level, cumulative (cumulative) effect, multiplicative nature, variability, inconsistency of manifestation and alternative solutions to various problems associated with it. It is shown that new technological structures as an integrating global challenge directly affect competition. This is reflected in changes in the formats of competition, its dynamics, and the attitude to competition on the part of economic entities that find worthy alternatives to competition. As alternatives to competition, the author justifies the following areas: cooperation, administrative intervention, necroeconomics, blue oceans - innovative leadership, distancing from global competition, and focusing competitive advantages on the macroeconomic level. In the conditions of formation and development of new technological structures, the object of competitive interactions of subjects is high technologies-NBICS-technologies (NBICS-technologies), based on the convergence of information/digital technologies, nanotechnologies and biotechnologies, cognitive technologies and socio-humanitarian technologies. These technologies by the author belong to metatechnologies that have characteristic features and features that give a strong synergistic effect. The new object of competitive interactions of subjects in the conditions of new technological structures are new goods produced on the basis of metatechnologies, called by the author metablags. These are objects with pre-defined properties (cars, buildings, robots, etc.), as well as new structures, such as bio - cybercorporations-firms created and functioning on the basis of metatechnologies. The analysis not only of the forms of competition, but also their transformations in the context of new technological structures, as well as explicit processes and phenomena associated with the alternatives to competition as such, allowed the author to put forward a regulation on valorization (the value) of not only the competition as a driving force of the market mechanism, but at the same time the valorisation of its various alternatives in the process of formation of new markets, in the formation of the new technological order.
