Competition in personalization of the aggregate-client relations

The article discusses the problem of loss of communication between service providers (customers) and customers. It is shown that new communications, which are of a personalized nature, arise in the aggregator-client chain. And the main element in this chain is the knowledge of the most important commodity, that is, about us with you. The possession of time and attention of each user is more expensive than any technology, products and services. And, hence, the struggle for this priceless commodity is just beginning.
