Ways to increase the competitiveness of domestic producers of fat-and-oil products in the conditions of economic sanctions will be diverse. There are classifications of factors for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, they are analyzed and highlighted the most important for the current economic situation in the country. Increasing the competitiveness of fatand-oil products can be provided to an enterprise if it has the ability to quickly respond to the dynamically changing needs of the external environment. The maneuverability of the response should be ensured by the flexibility of the fat-and-oil enterprise itself, i.e. changes in its business processes based on its own resources and the realization of its own potential, i.e. reserves of competitiveness. The main guideline in this case should be the ability to quickly identify and effectively use in competition their already used and reserve competitive advantages that favorably distinguish the company from potential or real competitors.
