Competitiveness of the regional economy: evaluation criteria

The article deals with topical issues related to the competitiveness of the regional economy. In the course of the research, evaluation criteria and mechanisms for ensuring the competitive advantages of the regional economy were determined. As a result, the author concludes that achieving the goal of increasing the competitiveness of the region depends on the use, creation and realization of its inherent competitive advantages.
