Russia’s competitiveness in the global petroleum refining industry sector

The article concerns one of the most important problems - the competitiveness of the industrial sector. It analyses the competitive positions of the Russian petroleum refining industry and the same sectors of other countries in the system of the global petroleum refining industry and determines the role of state regulation in the management of the industry competitiveness.
