Conservative modernization of the state youth policy as a factor of sustainable development of modern Russia

The article is devoted to the problem of conservative modernization in modern Russian conditions. The political and legal aspects of conservative modernization of the state youth policy in Russia are shown. The article summarized objective data on the regional level of the legal regulation of the state youth policy. The authors dwell on issues of the development of the draft of the federal law «On the State Youth Policy in the Russian Federation». The basic provisions on which, according to the authors, the concept of the bill should be based at the present stage of modernization in Russia are revealed.
