Conservative principles of state power implementation

The article dwells upon the perspectives of conservative principles of state power implementation in Russia based on works of L.A. Tikhomirov and I.A. Ilyina. Two forms of statehood implementation are presented; they are based on the principle of tsar and zemstvo (land) as well as on the order and party principle.
