A segetal flora checklist of Sverdlovsk region based on multi-years filed research is presented. Segetal species composition was revealed using route method which comprised all administrative districts of the region with arable lands. In the checklist for species were noted occurrence in arable land and administrative districts, life-form by I.G. Serebrjakov, zonal and longitudinal areographic groups, cenotic groups and ecological groups towards moistning. For the alien species in addition were noted origin, migration thecnique, and level of reached naturalization. The segetal flora consisted of 258 species of vascular plants corresponding to 167 generas and 41 families. The principal species rich families are Asteraceae, Poaceae, Fabaceae and Brassicaceae, and the principal species rich generas are Vicia, Potentilla, Persicaria and Rumex. Most species are native plants (149 species or 57 %). Among them pluriregional and boreal species with wide spread occurrence prevailed - Holarctic and Eurasian. The group of alien species are mainly Eurasian amounts to 109 species (43 %). In the segetal flora prevail herbaceous plants, from which 51 % are monocarpic grasses. Meadow plants (90 species) and plants from exposed places (88 species) were the cenotic groups with the most species number.
